Corkscrew mac'n'cheese vs regular mac'n'cheese

Corkscrew mac'n'cheese doesn't stick together and has cheese trapped all the way around the noodle. Regular mac'n'cheese had cheese all in the middle of the noodle and tends to have more in a box. I think mac'n'cheese just comes down to a preference. There is no right or wrong only different. Mac'n'cheese no matter what, unless you are lactose intolerant or gluten free, is amazing for everyone.

  1. Thank you for your post about mac'n'cheese. It is a little bizarre though made me laugh at the absurdity of it. Also my favorite mac'n'cheese is the stoffers brand kind that you can put in the oven. I just grew up with it so that is the one I turn to for good mac'n'cheese. Also I agree there is so many different types with different noodles or cheeses; it makes an almost indefinite amount of different macs.

  2. I think this is a very important post! Personally, I'm more of a Valveeta shells and cheese person, but I totally see where you're coming from. I really appreciate when the cheese can cover the full noodle because that is what Mac and cheese is all about. thatnks for this inspiring post.
