Vanilla swirl with Sprinkles

Why vanilla swirl soft serve with rainbow sprinkles is the best and only acceptable ice cream combination. First we start with the fact that soft serve is better than scooped ice cream. There is actually no argument here. That is fact. Next is the choice of ice cream. Chocolate is sometimes too rich and strawberry ice cream isn't even a real flavor. Vanilla is smooth with this "creamy" taste without being totally heavy. Last in the toppings. The best pairing with vanilla soft serve is sprinkles. Nothing else quite matches with it. If you're looking for something with more flavor go spend $10 for an 1000 calorie sundae. The only acceptable sprinkle is the RAINBOW sprinkle, none of that just chocolate sprinkle. Rainbow sprinkles or bust I always say. I said that once.

While there are TONS of different ice cream places out there, the only true ice cream place is DQ. Hands down.

  1. I totally agree with you I am for sure team soft serve over team scoop. Some places you go the chocolate ice cream does not taste like it should so vanilla is the safe way to go. Sprinkles are tough though.... They are a hit or miss. I have tasted some sprinkles that taste like their is a party in my mouth then I have tasted sprinkles that made me want to cry.

  2. I agree I love vanilla swirl with sprinkles. its the best choice hands down. DQ is my favorite ice cream place! At home it is right down the street from my house so it is kind of a problem because I go so much. Other ice cream places are good but nothing really compares to DQ.

  4. I agree with soft served ice cream but I am team chocolate. I'd take chocolate over vanilla any day! I don't usually have sprinkles because most sprinkles taste bland and gross. I will have to try this ice cream you speak of, but I will always be on team chocolate.
